Expo Luque
Luque's municipal expo: music, crafts, food, a pet parade, a queen pageant and exhibitions.
What it is
Expo Luque is the city's big cultural, artistic and industrial show, organized by the Municipality's Culture Department on the Valois Rivarola bikeway (until 2016 it was held on the central plazas). It runs for about eleven days in September with free entry and brings together dozens of craft and food stalls, performances by dance academies, schools and local and national artists, clowns, a costumed pet parade, a display of vehicles from local car clubs and the crowning of a queen. In 2016, 33 free stalls were reserved for artisans. A national law declared it of national interest.
