Colores de la Chacarita
A community route through the Chacarita (Ricardo Brugada neighborhood), designed with residents, with murals, history and guarania music.
What it is
The city government runs it with residents of the Ricardo Brugada neighborhood to show its cultural and community wealth and break down prejudice. The 2022 edition, tied to Guarania Week, included Punta Karapã, the lookout and former home of José Asunción Flores, and more than 30 murals, with musical moments honoring the composer, born in this neighborhood. It lasts about two hours. The 2026 program keeps it under the name Chacarita, arte e historia.
Schedule
It runs on specific dates, by calendar. In 2022 it was a Sunday at 10:00. Check current times before you go.
Cost
Free according to the city government; check whether the edition requires sign-up.
